Our History
Helmy law firm was formed in 2013 by Wael Helmy which have a collective total of more than 25 years in the legal field, who created a small, high quality corporate, Real Estate, Dispute resolution & Litigation and tax consultant boutique.
In 2014 Ahmed Hanafy joined to Helmy Law Firm. Ahmed Hanafy who has a collective total of more than 15 years in the legal field, then he moved to launch his own practice.
They created a small, high quality corporate, Real Estate, Dispute resolution & Litigation and tax consultant boutique.
The main idea is to create a different law firm to provide integrated services including corporate law and tax law when most law firm refrain to cover tax law while they provide their legal advice to their client, it was very wondrous to advice the client to start up the business without real vision about taxes.

Because we are a small firm without large overhead, we have the ability to keep our fee competitive while giving each client individualized attention.
